ประวัติวิทยากรงานเสวนา : คุณพิฐรา ชูศรี

คุณพิฐรา ชูศรี (พี่พีช)

พี่พีชได้ทุนกระทรวงการต่างประเทศไปเรียนต่อด้านกฎหมายที่ประเทศสหราชอาณาจักร จบการระดับศึกษาปริญญาตรีด้านกฎหมายจากมหาวิทยาลัย Oxford และปริญญาโทด้าน Public International Law จาก University College London (UCL) เคยเป็นวิทยากรให้กับจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และมหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญด้านกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศหลายด้าน อาทิ สิทธิมนุษยชน, อวกาศ, และสิ่งแวดล้อม

ในทีมเตรียมการดำเนินคดีฝ่ายไทย พี่พีชอยู่ในคณะทำงานด้านศาลยุติธรรมระหว่างประเทศ โดยมีหน้าที่เตรียมพร้อมก่อนที่กัมพูชายืนขอตีความคำพิพากษา ปี พ.ศ. 2505 โดยการสร้างความคุ้นเคยกับระบบการทำงานของศาลฯ และเจ้าหน้าที่ศาลฯที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนตราศาลทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศาล เมื่อกัมพูชายื่นขอตีความคำพิพากษาก็ทำหน้าที่ประสานงานระหว่างศาลฯ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ และทีมฝ่ายไทย นอกจากนี้ยังประสานกับที่ปรึกษากฎหมายต่างประเทศของไทยและดำเนินการเตรียมเอกสารส่งศาลฯเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรและคำแถลงด้วยวาจาอีกด้วย

2005-2007         Working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Royal Thai Government, as a First secretary at the Division of Legal Affairs, Department of Treaties and Legal Affairs.

2005-2007 Guest speaker at Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University and Assumption University on Law of Treaties, International Space Law, International Human Rights Law and International Environmental Law.

An exchange student for one year staying with an Australian host family and attended Year 11 class.
